If you ever visited the Seattle Central Library in downtown Seattle, you will notice that it’s not your average traditional looking library. The building is filled with many quirky designs. While it’s ‘pleasing’ for the eyes, functionality wise, it’s a pain. There’s no down escalators, the dumb waiter only goes from floors 5-10, and there’s many ‘blind spots’ in the building.
